- risk-registermohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsBuild and maintain a project or product risk register. Use when asked to create a risk register, identify project risks, build a risk matrix, or document risks and mitigations for a programme. Produces a complete risk register with likelihood/impact scoring, RAG status, ownership, and prioritised mitigations.AlteleFără avertismente★ 1,5 K↓ —
- corl-submissionbrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when preparing or auditing a CoRL OpenReview submission — the corl_2026 LaTeX template, the 8-page main text with a mandatory Limitations section counted inside it, uncounted references and appendix, the supplementary file and 250 MB video, double-anonymous rules, abstract registration, and dual-submission checks.MediaFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- ecai-submissionbrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when auditing an ECAI submission for readiness — the abstract-then-full-paper two-deadline flow, the tight 7-page body budget, double-blind anonymity, the correct template/publisher regime (ecai.cls/FAIA for a standalone ECAI vs ijcai.sty/IJCAI proceedings for the joint IJCAI-ECAI 2026), the per-author submission cap, the ethics statement, and desk-reject triage before the AoE cutoff.ȘtiințăFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- dac-related-workbrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when writing or auditing the related-work and positioning of an ACM/IEEE Design Automation Conference (DAC) Research Manuscript, covering the EDA literature lanes (DAC/ICCAD/DATE/ASP-DAC/TCAD/TODAES), delta-first positioning against the strongest prior tool, honest benchmark-suite lineage, and third-person self-citation under double-blind review within the six-page budget.DesignFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- dac-camera-readybrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when preparing the final ACM/IEEE Design Automation Conference (DAC) Research-Manuscript camera-ready after acceptance, covering de-anonymization, restoring author/affiliation/acknowledgement/funding blocks, the ACM copyright form and rights stamp, the April proceedings deadline, ACM Digital Library metadata and archival-flow checks, and the still-fixed 6+1 page budget.DesignFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- handbook-pagemohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsWrite the handbook page that ends the repeated explanation — the answer-shaped structure (task-first, context second), the ownership and freshness header, and the write-once-point-forever discipline that turns tribal knowledge into infrastructure. Use when asked document how we do X, write the wiki page for this process, I explain this every month, or make this knowledge survive me. Produces the page with task-first structure, the header block, the worked example, and the pointer habit.DevOpsFără avertismente★ 1,5 K↓ —
- cell-highlightsbrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse to produce the three signature Cell front-matter artifacts — Highlights (3–4 bullets, each ≤85 characters), the eTOC/In Brief blurb (~50 words, third-person), and the Graphical Abstract (single-panel visual summary). Late-stage polish.ProductivitateFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- icml-workflowbrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when planning or sequencing an ICML manuscript workflow end to end - from topic selection and drafting through OpenReview submission, double-blind review, author response, camera-ready, PMLR publication, public original-submission release, and rerouting decisions. Use when you need the next ICML skill, the official page to reopen, or the blocking gap for the current stage.ProductivitateFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- context-budgetmohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsPlan a session's context window like the budget it is — what loads up front, what gets linked instead, what stays fetch-on-demand, and how to keep the stable prefix cache-friendly so repeated turns cost cents instead of dollars. Use when asked my agent keeps blowing its context, plan what to load into the session, why is every turn so expensive, or design the context for this workflow. Produces the load/link/fetch allocation, the cache-aware prefix layout, the per-turn cost shape, and the eviction rules for when the window fills anyway.ProductivitateFără avertismente★ 1,5 K↓ —
- cav-related-workbrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when positioning a CAV (Computer Aided Verification) submission against the verification literature across CAV, TACAS, FMCAD, VMCAI, POPL/PLDI, and the journals (FMSD, JAR, TOCL, STTT), writing delta-first contrast rather than a citation catalog, crediting the right benchmark and tool lineages, keeping self-citations double-anonymous for the anonymized categories, and handling concurrent and prior-version overlap.RedactareFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- cikm-submissionbrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when auditing a CIKM submission for EasyChair readiness across the five tracks, covering page budgets with appendices counted inside, the mandatory GenAI Usage Disclosure section, author-reviewer nomination, double-blind rules with arXiv declaration, the abstract-gate authorship freeze, and desk-reject triggers.ȘtiințăFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- nsdi-workflowbrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when planning an NSDI campaign across the spring and fall deadlines — sequencing abstract and paper gates, notification waits, one-shot revision windows, artifact evaluation, and the May symposium — so a networked-systems project always knows which of the two yearly gates it is really building toward.ProductivitateFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- chi-camera-readybrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when preparing an accepted ACM CHI paper for publication — the TAPS source upload, the PCS publication-ready package, mandatory accessibility work (alt text, screen-reader-friendly PDFs, table headers), video previews, ACM's open-access model, e-rights, and registration deadlines.MediaFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- chi-related-workbrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when building the related-work section of an ACM CHI paper — covering the HCI venue family and the non-CS disciplines CHI draws on, positioning against the last few CHI cycles, keeping self-citation anonymous — in a venue where insufficient contextualization is the top assisted desk-reject ground.ȘtiințăFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- worktreehashgraph-online/awesome-codex-pluginsUse for non-trivial or parallel work that should happen in a separate git worktree.InginerieFără avertismente★ 1,5 K↓ —
- youtube-channelsZeroPointRepo/youtube-skillsUse when a YouTube channel is the focus: pasted @handles or channel URLs, requests to browse a creator's uploads, see what a channel has posted recently, search within a channel, or resolve a handle to a channel ID. Also use when the user names a creator and wants to explore their content or monitor their uploads. Not for creating channels or account management.AlteleFără avertismente★ 1,2 K↓ —
- ase-related-workbrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when writing the related-work and positioning of an ASE (IEEE/ACM Automated Software Engineering) paper, covering the automated-SE literature lanes, delta-first positioning against prior tools/techniques, fair head-to-head framing, and double-anonymous self-citation.ȘtiințăFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- ccs-workflowbrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when planning an ACM CCS project timeline across the two HotCRP review cycles, from venue fit through abstract registration, full-paper upload, rebuttal, notification, revision, artifact evaluation, ACM camera-ready, and in-person presentation, with backward-planning offsets and the security big-four deadline-hopping calendar.ProductivitateFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- acl-related-workbrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when positioning an ACL submission against the NLP literature, covering ACL Anthology citation practice, arXiv-versus-published version citation, concurrent LLM-era preprints, prior-cycle ARR resubmission overlap, anonymity-preserving self-citation, and the fast-moving baseline problem in computational linguistics.ȘtiințăFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- ase-camera-readybrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when preparing the ASE (IEEE/ACM Automated Software Engineering) camera-ready after acceptance or a successful revision, covering systematic de-anonymization, the extra content page, the mandatory Data Availability finalization, the correct IEEE/ACM template and metadata, permanentized artifact links, and dual IEEE-Xplore/ACM-DL production checks.AlteleFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- atc-camera-readybrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when preparing the ATC (ACM SIGOPS Annual Technical Conference, formerly USENIX ATC) camera-ready after a conditional accept — de-anonymizing systematically, folding in the shepherd's required revisions, permanentizing artifact links, completing ACM Open Access metadata and the transition APC, and passing production checks for the November Hong Kong proceedings.AlteleFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- aamas-workflowbrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when planning an AAMAS project timeline from venue fit through abstract, full-paper or extended-abstract upload, supplementary material, the double-blind rebuttal, decision, IFAAMAS camera-ready, registration, and presentation, with track-specific deadlines and backward-planning offsets for a game-theory-plus-experiments paper.ProductivitateFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- sci-writingbrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse when choosing the Science (AAAS) format (Research Article vs Report) and holding its length and structure budgets — main-text word caps, figure caps, argument-ordered Results, and deciding what belongs in the main text versus Supplementary Materials.RedactareFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
- sci-figuresbrycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-SkillsUse to finalize Science display items — panel/word budget, column-width sizing, minimum font sizes, color-accessibility, and showing the data (points over bars). Enforces figure rigor before submission.ȘtiințăFără avertismente★ 1,4 K↓ —
audit-decisions
dzhng/skills
De la autor
Audit the decisions an implementing agent made, not its diff — a pure audit that traces the session's history into a decisions ledger, changes no code, and never blocks an unsupervised run. Working code still embeds architecture the user never chose; surface it because future work inherits it. Use when the user wants to review the decisions the AI made on their behalf, before merging or committing AI-implemented work, when integrating a delegated subagent's pass, or when a fix "works" but might be a point fix.
