- hire-or-passmohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsTurn a hiring debrief into a typed decision — hire, hire at a different level, get more signal, or pass — from rubric evidence only, with probabilities and confidence. Use when asked should we hire this candidate, run the debrief, hire or no-hire, or when interviewers disagree and the manager has to call it. Produces the evidence state per competency, the four-way decision with probabilities, the act-or-hold verdict, and when holding, the exact competency to test and who tests it. Decision support for a human decision — a person owns the hire.TestareFără avertismente★ 1,5 K↓ —

- arenaNouhashgraph-online/awesome-codex-pluginsSeveral subagents build the same artifact from one brief in isolation, a read-only judge scores them, and you pick a base and graft in the best parts of the rest. Use for "arena this", "competing attempts", "second opinion on this approach".AlteleFără avertismente★ 1,5 K↓ —
- managing-upmohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsWork more effectively with your manager — communicate, align, escalate, and get what you need. Use when asked how to manage up, work better with a boss, get buy-in from your manager, escalate without overstepping, or prepare to raise something with leadership. Produces a managing-up plan — what your manager needs and how they operate, how to frame your ask, what to bring vs. escalate, and the message.PlanificareFără avertismente★ 1,5 K↓ —
- pr-descriptionmohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsWrite a clear pull-request description that gets reviewed fast and merged with confidence, from a git diff, branch summary, or commit list. Use when opening a PR, summarizing a change for review, documenting code changes, or asked to write a PR/merge-request description. Produces a structured PR: what changed and why, how it was tested, risk and rollout, and a focused reviewer guide — so the reviewer understands intent before reading a single diff line.RedactareFără avertismente★ 1,5 K↓ —
- minutes-briefsilverstein/minutesFast non-interactive briefing before any meeting — auto-detects your next calendar event, pulls relationship history, surfaces open commitments, and produces a one-page brief in under 30 seconds. Use this whenever the user says "brief me", "give me a quick brief", "what's coming up", "background on my next call", "who am I meeting next", "brief me on Sarah", "I have a call in 10 min", "quick rundown", or right before walking into a meeting. Different from /minutes-prep — brief is the fast hook-fireable version that doesn't ask questions and doesn't set goals. Use brief when speed matters; use prep when the user wants to think hard about goals first.ProductivitateFără avertismente★ 1,6 K↓ —Apare și în 1 alt depozit
- discovery-eyesmohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsRead your team's messages the way opposing counsel would in litigation discovery — prevention training that makes communication hygiene visceral. Use when asked how would our Slack look in discovery, train my team on communication hygiene, review this thread like a plaintiff's lawyer, or what shouldn't we put in writing. Produces the highlighted-exhibit reading of sample messages, the patterns that create legal risk, and a debrief with the write-it-this-way rules — strictly for prevention, never for concealment.JuridicFără avertismente★ 1,5 K↓ —
- edit-appmicrosoft/power-platform-skillsUse when the user wants to iterate on an existing generated Power Apps mobile app after /create-mobile-app: update Application Insights configuration, the plan, data model, native capabilities, design, screens, generated app code, and preview without restarting the full project flow. - varg-mockupsNouhashgraph-online/awesome-codex-pluginsMock up a video before paying for it: one self-contained HTML board (storyboard board, moodboard, reference board, look test, plan page, contact sheet) with numbered frames, shot specs, prompts, approve / needs-fix / reject and a note per frame, side-by-side variants and feedback copied as Markdown; stills made on varg (Nano Banana 2.1, GPT Image 2.5) that do not look like AI slop and stay consistent (character sheets, environment master first, same lens and light); device and app UI mockups (iMessage chat, Apple Notes, iPhone fold, phone stamp carousel, terminals, code editors). Use for "mock up", "mock up a look", "mockup", "storyboard board", "moodboard", "reference board", "look test", "stills for approval", "key frames to approve", "shot board", "phone mockup", "app UI mockup", "screen mockup", or stills that look like AI slop or drift between shots. - testing-livekit-agentsfcakyon/claude-codex-settingsWrites turn-level tests for a LiveKit agent in the user's normal test suite: pytest (Python) or Vitest (Node.js). Use when the user asks to "write tests for my agent", "add a test for this tool", "test the handoff", "pin this bug", "why does my agent test fail", or after building or changing agent behavior that needs regression coverage. Covers the SDK's test session harness, assertions on messages, tool calls and handoffs, LLM judging of a reply against an intent, mocking tools, multi-turn tests, and judging whole conversations with the built-in judges. For interactive poking use debugging-livekit-agents. For grading whole conversations at scale use running-livekit-simulations.TestareFără avertismente★ 1,2 K↓ —Apare și în 1 alt depozit
- fork-disciplinejezweb/claude-skillsAudit and enforce the core/client boundary in multi-client projects. Detects where shared platform code is tangled with client-specific code, finds hardcoded client checks, config files that replace instead of merge, scattered client code, migration conflicts, and missing extension points. Produces a boundary map, violation report, and refactoring plan. Optionally generates FORK.md documentation and restructuring scripts. Triggers: 'fork discipline', 'check the boundary', 'is this core or client', 'platform audit', 'client separation', 'fork test', 'refactor for multi-client', 'clean up the fork'.TestareFără avertismente★ 1,1 K↓ —

- idea-stormmohitagw15856/pm-claude-skillsGenerate a big, wide spread of ideas for anything by running the prompt through many different lenses at once, then clustering and picking. Use when asked to brainstorm ideas for, give me lots of options, help me come up with, or I need ideas for. Produces a high-volume, deliberately varied idea list generated across multiple angles (safe, wild, cheap, ambitious, weird, opposite), grouped into themes, and a shortlist of the most promising — maximizing range so you're not choosing from three obvious options.PlanificareFără avertismente★ 1,5 K↓ —

Use when asked when is sunset today, golden hour for a photo shoot, how long is the day, what's the moon phase tonight, or sun times for a date and place. Produces the sun/moon times in the user's local zone (the UTC trap handled), the photography windows, and the rerunnable command.MediaFără avertismente★ 1,5 K↓ —

os-whats-next
kharmanskyi/open-steps
De la autor
ALWAYS invoke this skill when the user asks what to do next, what is left, or what is blocked - "what's next", "what now", "what should we work on", "anything I can do" - in any language. This skill picks the next piece of work; when the user asks HOW to do a thing or says they do not understand what to do, that is os-step-by-step. Reads the last report, local changes, open pull requests and always the backlog. First finishes what is finished: verified-ready pull requests merge in the same pass. Then sorts the rest into doable-alone and needs-you, ending with one recommended next task in plain words - what it closes or unblocks. Never invents tasks.
