marketing-os-setup
De la autor
Set up a Marketing OS: a markdown second brain that becomes the single source of truth every marketing skill reads, plus the routines that keep it current and a control-center dashboard on top. Interview-driven and idempotent, safe to re-run. Builds seven knowledge folders (Context, Channels, Campaigns, Offers, Analytics, Team, Intelligence) plus Routines, writes the Context layer that ends skills carrying their own stale copies of the ICP and offer and voice, scaffolds one folder per publishing surface, then offers to set up the routines via marketing-os-routines and to build the control center via marketing-os-dashboard. Walks five pillars in order: connectors, Context, structure, routines, dashboard. Use when the user says 'set up a marketing OS', 'build my marketing second brain', 'marketing os setup', 'install the marketing OS', 'I want a marketing operating system', 'give my marketing skills real context', or runs /marketing-os-setup.

- marketing-os-dashboardnaveedharri/benai-skillsBuild, rebuild, and deploy the Marketing OS control center: a self-contained single-page dashboard rendered from the OS files, eleven pages in six nav groups (Core, Calendar, Content, Campaigns, Funnel, Performance, Learnings, Audience, Intelligence, Team, System). Interviews the user on first build to decide which pages earn a place, then reads the OS, assembles one inline JSON data block, swaps it into the fixed page shell, verifies the page opens with no external requests, deploys to a live URL and records it in config. Renders gaps as 'not pulled' rather than zero, flags any routine that should have run and did not, and renders correctly in both light and dark palettes. Bundled shell ships with the skill. Run from the Marketing OS root. Use when the user says 'build my marketing dashboard', 'rebuild the control center', 'update the marketing OS dashboard', 'deploy my marketing dashboard', 'my dashboard is stale', 'marketing os dashboard', or runs /marketing-os-dashboard.Marketing★ 74
- marketing-os-routinesnaveedharri/benai-skillsCreate and manage the Marketing OS routines as scheduled tasks: ten of them in two groups: five operating routines (morning performance sweep, content pipeline sync, campaign sync, dashboard, monthly report) and five intelligence and review routines (market scan, customer intel, competitor radar, pipeline hygiene, quarterly report). Probes every connector first and reports exactly what each routine loses without it, so nothing gets scheduled against a dead integration. Gives the operator the schedule, the connector list, and the prompt to paste for each. Every routine is independent and none depends on another having run. Use when the user says 'register my marketing routines', 'schedule the marketing OS routines', 'set up marketing automation', 'which routines should I turn on', 'my routines are not running', 'marketing os routines', or runs /marketing-os-routines.Marketing★ 74
- 34-ai-marketing-os-globalminhnv0807/ai-business-skillsUse when a team wants to design, audit, or operate an AI Marketing OS — a Brand Hub source of truth, role-based AI projects for leader, content, design, performance, and knowledge, skill chains, ChatGPT plus Claude plus NotebookLM workflows, MCP connectors, a Notion or Drive second brain, ads data loops, SOPs, weekly reviews, and handoffs. Trigger on 'AI marketing OS', 'set up our marketing AI system', 'Brand Hub', 'AI workflow for the team', 'MCP for ads data', 'how do I make AI actually useful for marketing'. Not for — one campaign brief, see `02-campaign-brief-global`; the weekly report, see `07-marketing-report-global`; the brand visual rules, see `46-brand-guideline-global`; the product context file, see `product-marketing-context-global`.Marketing★ 628
- marketing-osYuzzyuk/marketing-osA complete marketing department in one skill. Website and landing-page audits with weighted 0-100 scores, copywriting with panel scoring and AI-slop removal, an 18-tactic ad hook engine, GEO/AEO for getting cited by ChatGPT/Perplexity/AI Overviews, paid-ads creative diagnosis and production briefs, email sequences, LinkedIn/X writing, launch playbooks, positioning and offer design, competitor teardowns, app store optimization, honest analytics and test design. Use for ANY marketing task — audit, write, rewrite, diagnose, score, plan, launch, position, price, analyze — whenever the user mentions marketing, growth, conversion, copy, ads, hooks, CPM, ROAS, SEO, GEO, email, social, landing pages, funnels, launches, competitors, brand, positioning, pricing, or app stores, or says "my landing page sucks", "nobody's converting", "why are my CPMs up", "AI doesn't recommend us", "write me 20 hooks". Route via the table inside; fan out subagents for multi-dimensional work. Not for pure engineering, legal, or finance.Marketing★ 562

- marketing-os-researchnaveedharri/benai-skillsAnswer an open question the Marketing OS already wrote down, then promote it to a finding. Takes its queue from the OS itself: files with status open-question in Intelligence/research/, open questions and untested beliefs in Analytics/what-works.md, and ideas with no established pain. Fans out one agent per stream in a single batch across papers, forums, the web and creators, with an effort floor, distinct sources and full-text reads, fact-checks every hard claim with a verifier prompted to refute rather than confirm, then writes Intelligence/research/topic-slug.md and updates the question file in place with a dated status change. Routes findings about our own performance to Analytics, and graduates recurring customer language to the segment files. Always closes by rendering the report. Use when the user says 'research this', 'deep dive on', or runs /marketing-os-research.\" disable-model-invocation: true argument-hint: \"[a topic, or an open-question file to close, or nothing to be shown the queue]Știință★ 74
