nomination
De la autor
Read-only nomination brief for a named contributor on <upstream>. Aggregates code-host and tracker activity across contribution tracks, off-forge signal, and vendor-neutrality context for committer or PMC nomination threads. Surfaces information only: never rates the contributor or says whether they are ready.
