explore-unknowns
De la autor
Guide the user through a quadrant walk that maps the unknowns of a task — open by listing the known knowns, then work through known unknowns, unknown knowns, and unknown unknowns one stage at a time, ending with a complete four-quadrant map in the user's hands. Use when a request is ambiguous or underspecified, the codebase or domain is unfamiliar, the user will "know it when they see it", a reference implementation must be understood before porting, mid-build deviations from the plan need capturing, or a finished change needs buy-in or verified understanding before merge. Pairs with [write-spec](../write-spec/SKILL.md) — walk the quadrants to burn off fog before slicing, and feed the finished map into the spec.

- brainstormhashgraph-online/awesome-codex-pluginsExplore ideas, compare approaches, and produce a validated spec before planning. Use when the user describes what to build, asks how to approach something, proposes a new feature or design change, or needs to explore options before implementation.Planificare★ 1.4K
- product-requirementscbrock84/headcountWrites down what is being built so a team can build it and know when they are done — problem and success measure before solution, scope stated by exclusion, user-visible behavior including the states everyone forgets, acceptance criteria someone can test, and the open questions named rather than buried. Use this to write a specification, review one that is causing rework, or work out why a delivered feature technically matched the request and still was not what anyone wanted.Planificare★ 2.1K
- code-understandAr9av/obsidian-wikiMap the load-bearing files, symbols, callers, and dependencies of an unfamiliar codebase before making changes. Use for architecture orientation, impact analysis, what-would-break questions, or finding callers. Uses CodeGraph when available and a dependency-free builtin fallback.Inginerie★ 3.6K
- write-specdzhng/skillsBreak large features into independently verifiable, human-reviewable slices under a feature directory in specs/. Use for risky or multi-step feature work that needs upfront questioning, API seams, browser-playable checkpoints, HTML visualizations, screenshot gates, staged implementation plans, recursive fog-of-war reslicing, or proactive research into reference implementations/best practices before slicing. Pairs with your project's verification harness and screenshot gates (the browser checkpoints), [refactor-clean](../refactor-clean/SKILL.md) (review the materialized spec so the plan describes one-owner architecture, not the feature bolted on), [screenshot-critique](../../visual/screenshot-critique/SKILL.md) and [compare-screenshots](../../visual/compare-screenshots/SKILL.md) (the visual gates), and a code-review pass (audit each slice before it lands).Redactare★ 1.4K
- pathfinderthedotmack/claude-memMap a codebase into feature-grouped flowcharts, identify duplicated concerns across features, and propose a unified architecture. Use when asked to "find the ideal path," unify duplicated systems, or audit architecture before a refactor. Emits a proposed unified flowchart plus per-system /make-plan prompts.Planificare★ 102.2K
- open-knowledge-discoveryinkeep/open-knowledgeRead when the user asks what OpenKnowledge is, wants to install it on a repository, wants to open or preview a single markdown file that is not part of an OpenKnowledge project, wants to share an OpenKnowledge project with collaborators, asks whether OpenKnowledge supports a particular capability, or asks how `ok init` / `ok cowork` / OK Desktop set up a project. Do NOT load to perform OpenKnowledge reads/writes — the runtime guidance for editing markdown inside an initialized OK project ships as a separate project-local skill installed into each detected agent's skills dir (for example `.claude/skills/open-knowledge/`) whenever `ok init` runs.Redactare★ 4.7K
