narrative-enablement-kit
De la autor
Use when the user asks to "make everyone tell the same story", "write our elevator pitch ladder", or "build a spokesperson Q&A and approved boilerplate pack"; derives from the narrative-registry canon, message house, and brand voice a repeatable enablement kit — an elevator ladder (10-second / 30-second / 2-minute), a spokesperson Q&A (tough questions with on-canon answers), an approved boilerplate/bio pack (25 / 50 / 100-word), and a do/don't language sheet — so sales, support, founders, and partners repeat one consistent story. Not for the launch-day runbook — use launch-day-conductor; not for finished per-channel copy — use content-writer or each discipline creative builder; not for launch-window battle cards — use sales-enablement-kit; this kit never adjudicates a claim.

- sales-enablement-kitaaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "build battle cards", "prep the sales team for launch", or "write the internal launch FAQ"; produces the internal enablement kit for a sales-led launch — battle cards vs each named alternative (where we win / where they win / trap questions, every fact traceable), a sales talk track derived from the PR-FAQ spine, an objection-handling table (objection → response → evidence), internal FAQ + CS macros, and an internal launch announcement with embargo discipline. Not for the external message house — use message-house-builder; not for competitor tracking itself — use competitor-tracker or competitor-analysis; not for outbound sequences — use cold-outbound-sequencer.
- pitch-narrative-builderaaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "build our pitch deck narrative", "write a fundraising story", or "structure the sales pitch narrative"; derives from the narrative canon a company pitch/deck narrative — problem → the undeniable shift → product-as-hero → proof → the ask — as a slide-beat outline (one narrative beat per slide, with the claim ID each proof beat rests on), for both a sales pitch and a fundraising deck. Every proof beat is labeled Measured / User-provided / '[needs source]' and unverified ones route to the claims candidates. Not for the launch-window battle cards and talk track — use sales-enablement-kit; not for the durable message hierarchy or the arc itself — use message-system-architect / strategic-narrative-designer; not for finished deck visual design — out of scope; not for claim adjudication — use offer-claims-registry.
- narrative-cascade-planneraaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "plan how our narrative lands on every surface", "write per-surface message-match specs", or "brief each creative builder from the canon"; maps the narrative-registry canon onto every flagship surface (homepage, pricing, store listing, sales deck, social bio, docs, email) as a per-surface message-match spec — what claim, pillar, proof, and objection reframe each surface must carry — and cuts a handoff brief to each discipline's creative builder (content-writer, ad-creative-builder, email-creative-builder, social-creative-builder, message-house-builder), so the same story lands consistently everywhere. Not for writing the finished surface copy — use each discipline creative builder; not for the tier-scoped launch asset manifest — use launch-asset-packager; not for scoring cross-surface consistency — use narrative-quality-auditor; not for claim adjudication — use offer-claims-registry.
- story-bank-builderaaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "build a story bank", "collect our origin and customer stories", or "assemble reusable proof stories for the message"; assembles reusable narrative units — origin, founder, customer, transformation, and proof stories — each tagged to a claims-ledger ID and a message-house pillar, with every proof labeled Measured / User-provided / [needs source]. Not for authoring the message house or pillars — use message-system-architect; not for brand voice or naming rules — use brand-language-codifier; not for finished long-form prose — use content-writer; not for adjudicating whether a proof is true — use offer-claims-registry.

- message-house-builderaaron-he-zhu/aaron-marketing-skillsUse when the user asks to "build a message house", "write a PR-FAQ for our launch", or "define the launch narrative and value pillars"; derives from the positioning canvas a message house — tagline, one-liner, three value pillars, per-persona proof points (each labeled Measured / User-provided / [needs source]) — plus a working-backwards PR-FAQ narrative spine (launch-day tense, empty-chair test, five external + five internal FAQs) and per-channel message angle packs (angles, not finished copy). Not for the positioning canvas itself — use positioning-mapper; not for finished blog posts or pages — use content-writer; not for ad or email units — use each discipline creative builder; not for claim adjudication — use offer-claims-registry.
