The Zhangjiagang-Jingjiang-Gaogao Yangtze River Bridge, currently the world's largest span bridge under construction, has fully entered the upper structure construction phase. From individual cable strands to saddle covers, from millimeter-level precision to world-leading spans, the blueprint for the Zhangjiagang-Jingjiang-Gaogao Yangtze River Bridge is gradually becoming reality. In the future, travel time between Zhangjiagang, Jingjiang, and Gaogao will be reduced from a 40-minute ferry ride to a 10-minute drive. From the 'world's first span' over the Yangtze River to overseas projects crossing rivers and seas, China's engineering capabilities continue to expand. In Southeast Asia and South America, bridges built by Chinese enterprises are accelerating their completion. These new corridors are transforming local transportation, driving industrial development along the routes, and injecting new vitality into regional economies. Today (the 5th), the Sekinchan Bridge in Kuching, capital of Sarawak state, Malaysia, began trial operations.
